The team was put together back in january 2009 when Mark who at the time ran the mini-league, he was approached by a dad who was interested in getting his son in to junior football. Colin ,who approached mark was quite willing to help out training a few of the boys, as the summer approached mark was asked if he would be interested in joining a friendly summer league ,both mark and colin decided to put a team together.The summer league came and went and they joined the ADJFL League in the september of 2009 unknown to them they put a team together that would go on to win the league at their first attempt playing 20 games and losing only once. they then moved on to winning their first tournament at Burscough.
